Shiro Japanese Shabu Shabu Style Restaurant

Yesterday dad bought us to a new Japanese Shabu Shabu style restaurant, Shiro 白
“Shabu Shabu” is like steamboat
In short, it's a Japanese style steamboat restaurant

So, we ordered a set for five of us
The set consist of four dishes

with two flavors of soup choices
there are 3 types of soup: miso, shoyu, kimchi
we chose shoyu and kimchee

here's a close up for the four dishes in our order:

the seafood platter
consists of prawns, crab, shimeji mushrooms, toufu, fish cakes and some greens

the lamb platter
that has muttons, sea cucumber, toufu, mushrooms and some greens

the beef platter
which consist of: well... beef (of course)
and fish cakes, toufu, mushrooms and greens

then there's the chicken and ham platter
there are chicken meat, ham, sausages(cut into octopus shape)
and of course mushrooms, toufu, fish cakes and greens

our meal is ready to be served

as you can see in the short clip,
if you wanted more food for your shabu shabu pot,
you can take them from the conveyor belt
a variety of sauces are also available on the belt for customers to dip in their food

there's also some puddings that are placed on the conveyor belt
perfect for after meal desserts
honey melon, strawberry, mango, apple, lychee and durian flavors are available

well, as a first time experince of shabu shabu
it's quite enjoyable and delicious
probably because it's steamboat
I personally is a fan of steamboat-styled meals
so, I would recommend you guys to try it out~

sorry for the lame pictures, i'm still a noob in photography...
gomen nasai... =_="
